By submitting this form, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and consent to God's Biscuits LLC, a faith-based business, capturing and recording my reactions, interviews, testimonies, photograph, or other engagement content. I claim that all my information provided is true and accurate, including my date of birth.

I grant God's Biscuits LLC the right to edit, publish, and distribute this content across all digital platforms, including but not limited to their websites, social media, marketing materials, and external media outlets, with God's Biscuits' permission. I consent to receiving emails regarding the content and future promotions from God's Biscuits.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that God's Biscuits LLC retains exclusive rights to my image, name, and likeness solely as they appear in the recorded content of the video. This agreement does not transfer any rights to my overall image, name, or likeness beyond the specific use within the video. I affirm that I will adhere to God's Biscuits' privacy policy and the Terms of Use applicable to all digital platforms.

I understand that I am not permitted to upload, distribute, or monetize the video or any related photography through my own platforms or those of any affiliates.

I also agree that any request for removal of any recording or photography from God's Biscuits' channels will be at their sole discretion, recognizing their ownership and rights over the content. I waive any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights and agree not to engage in online harassment or slander against God's Biscuits. By signing, I give my full, irrevocable consent for the content to be used for marketing and promotional purposes by God's Biscuits LLC.

By signing, I also agree that I can withdraw my consent during filming, recording, and photography of any content; however, once complete, God's Biscuits LLC owns the content as per the terms above.

I hereby acknowledge that I agree to the God's Biscuits LLC Content Consent Form Disclaimer, the godsbiscuits.com Terms of Use, the godsbiscuits.com Privacy Policy, and all aspects of the Content Consent Form, thereby releasing God's Biscuits LLC from any liability and legal claims related to these documents.

I, hereby, release God's Biscuits LLC, along with its affiliates, employees, and owners, from any legal claims related to the editing, publishing, marketing, or distribution of videos, recordings, or photographs of me. Should my family, friends, or associates bring legal action, they are bound by this release. I acknowledge God's Biscuits LLC's full ownership and discretion over the content, in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq. for digital distribution and image use.
